Buying or Selling Real Estate? Meet Sherry of the "239"
My husband and I fell in love with North Georgia and SE Tennessee on a vacation to the area.
I lived in SW Florida for 31 years before retiring as a paramedic from Lee County Public Safety just two years ago.
(That's why I've become known as, "Sherry of the 239." When I hand out my business card and Floridians see my area code, they know!)
Upon retirement, we first bought a cabin in Blue Ridge, but then sold it and moved to Turtletown, Tennessee.
We wanted a custom-built forever home, so we hired Tony Watkins of Tru Built Mountain Homes. Tony's wife, Louanne, owner of Tru Mountain Realty, and I became fast friends!
I loved retirement, but I knew I wanted to be more involved in the community.
When a friend from Florida kept sending me around the area looking for a place that she could buy, I considered real estate.
With Louanne’s support and guidance, I am now licensed in Georgia and Tennessee and have joined the Tru Mountain Realty team!
My husband and I have been married for three years and together for six. We each have three children for a total of six…plus seven grandkids…with two more grandkids on the way!
We love to travel and do a lot of camping in Tennessee and Georgia with friends and family.
